This policy applies to purchases from IT FAMES PRIVATE LIMITED. Please read it before making payment or attending your first course session.
Course cancellations before joining
You are eligible for a course refund if you cancel before attending your first Google Meet class. To cancel, email [email protected] using your enrolment email address and include your name, course name and payment reference.
When a course has started
Attending your first Google Meet class means you have joined and started the course. Once you have attended that first class, refunds for a change of mind, withdrawal or non-attendance in later sessions are not available.
Refund processing time
Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request and the information needed to identify the payment and verify eligibility. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Problems with delivery or payment
If you have been charged twice, paid an incorrect amount, or we cannot deliver the purchased course, contact us with the payment details so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. The change-of-mind restriction after joining does not remove any refund or remedy required by applicable law.
Digital service projects
For website development, SEO, social media management and other digital services, cancellation and refund terms depend on the agreed scope, milestones and work completed. These terms are confirmed in the written proposal or agreement before payment. Contact us with your project reference to request cancellation or discuss a delivery issue.
International payments
The amount credited in your local currency may differ because of exchange-rate changes or bank charges outside our control. Currency estimates on our website are for reference only.
