These terms describe use of the IT Fames website and purchases of our digital services and online training. The provider is IT FAMES PRIVATE LIMITED, 2nd Floor, Ladpur, Raipur Road, Dehradun – 248001, India. Please read the applicable terms before placing an order.
1. Our services
We provide website development, content, SEO, social media marketing, hosting and domain support, profile management, WordPress development and lead generation services. Each project is subject to a written scope or proposal covering deliverables, timelines, fees, client responsibilities and cancellation terms.
2. Online courses
We offer Social Media Management, SEO, Lead Generation and WordPress training. Each course lasts one month and is delivered live through Google Meet. Confirm the detailed syllabus, batch dates, session timings and any tool requirements before enrolling. Participation starts when you attend your first Google Meet class.
3. Prices and payment
Each advertised course costs INR 50,000, inclusive of GST. Digital service prices depend on the agreed scope. Confirm the final billing amount, currency and payment arrangements before payment. Website currency conversions are indicative and do not guarantee a payment provider’s exchange rate. We do not request card numbers, CVVs, passwords or OTPs through our enquiry form.
4. Delivery
Courses and services are delivered digitally. Course access, session scheduling and project delivery follow our Delivery & Course Access Policy and the arrangements confirmed for your purchase. Provide accurate contact details and any agreed project inputs.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Course refunds are available only if you cancel before attending your first Google Meet class, subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days. After the first class is attended, change-of-mind refunds are not available. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Responsible use and learning outcomes
Use our website and training lawfully, respect other participants and do not misuse meeting links or materials. Course participation does not guarantee employment, income, leads, search rankings or specific business outcomes. Results depend on your work and circumstances.
7. Intellectual property
Website and training materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not reproduce, redistribute or commercially resell materials without the necessary permission. Ownership and usage rights for commissioned project deliverables are defined in the relevant project agreement. You must have the right to use any content you provide to us.
8. Third-party tools
Google Meet, hosting providers, platforms, software and payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Any additional third-party costs required for your course or project should be confirmed before purchase.
9. Privacy
Our Website Privacy Policy explains the handling of information provided through this website. Please do not submit sensitive payment credentials through general enquiries.
10. Questions and disputes

11. Updates
We may update these website terms. The date above identifies the latest version. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
