This policy explains delivery of online training and digital services purchased from IT FAMES PRIVATE LIMITED.
Live online courses
Our Social Media Management, SEO, Lead Generation and WordPress courses are delivered live online through Google Meet. Each course lasts one month. No physical products are shipped as part of these courses.
Schedule and joining information
Contact us before payment to confirm the available batch, start date, session timings, time zone and course plan. After enrolment and payment confirmation, we coordinate your joining information using the contact details provided. Your Google Meet invitation or joining link will be provided before your first scheduled class. The exact start date follows the agreed batch schedule; payment does not provide instant access to a recorded course library.
When a course starts
Your course is considered started when you attend your first Google Meet class. Please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before joining.
What you need
You need a suitable computer or device, a stable internet connection and access to Google Meet. Check any additional software or third-party subscription requirements with us before enrolling. Please keep your email address and phone number accurate so that joining information can reach you.
Access issues or schedule changes
If you have not received joining details before your scheduled class, contact [email protected] or call +91 7060573312. If a session needs rescheduling, we will communicate the revised arrangements. If we cannot deliver the purchased training, contact us for a resolution, including any refund due.
Digital services
Project delivery dates, milestones, deliverables, access arrangements and client dependencies are set out in the written proposal or agreement. Digital work is delivered electronically using the agreed communication or handover method. Physical shipping does not apply to our digital services.
International customers
Confirm your time zone and availability before enrolment. Access to Google Meet and other required tools must be available in your location.
